Questions
How quickly is my server ready?
Usually a few minutes. If we already have capacity, it is provisioned immediately; if a new machine has to be brought online first, allow around twenty minutes. Rust is the exception — it generates its map on first boot, which takes about ten minutes after the server itself is ready.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no minimum term, cancelled from your billing portal. Annual plans are billed twelve months for the price of ten, so they are cheaper per month but paid up front.
What do I actually get access to?
A full Pterodactyl panel account: live console, file manager, SFTP, scheduled restarts, backups, and — where the plan includes them — databases. You can upload your own world, plugins, site or bot code.
Where do the servers run?
On dedicated hardware located in the European Union. Your server and your data stay inside the EU.
Do websites get HTTPS?
Yes. Every web plan is published on its own address with a valid certificate — nothing to install and nothing to renew. You can point your own domain at it later.
Can I upgrade later?
Not by yourself yet — there is no self-service upgrade in the panel at the moment. Get in touch with us and we will adjust your server's memory, disk and CPU to whatever you need.
